Customers supplying their own items for engraving, printing, fabrication, or any other custom work do so entirely at their own risk. While Lanna Laser takes every reasonable care and applies professional processes throughout all stages of production, certain materials and items may react unpredictably during processing, and occasional unforeseen issues or damage may occur.

 

By proceeding with any work, the customer acknowledges and accepts that Lanna Laser Works cannot be held responsible for accidental damage, material failure, replacement costs, loss of value, or financial compensation relating to customer-supplied items. Submission of any item for work constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
